Welcome to Crystal Wrap Studio, a shop filled with Hand Crafted Gemstone Jewelry produced by us.
It's all Handmade work. First we choose natural gemstones and then make unique designs accordingly, then beading and wire work starts to make jewelry according to design assigned for each crystal, it a very steady and lengthy work which needs full concentration and time (approx 24 to 48 hours) to completely wire wrap a crystal as per its' assigned design.. but we love to do it passionately.

Order Processing & Dispatch:
We hand make each piece of jewelry with care and love from scratch in our home studio meaning it takes us 2-3 working days to create it and have it mailed to you. As soon as it is mailed we mark it as shipped. Shortly after we receive the tracking numbers back from the post we add your tracking information to your order and you will receive an automatic email explaining how to track it. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
Order Cancellation:
We work hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 6 hours upon purchasing.
Tracking Information:
We use Trackable Shipping Services like UPS, DHL, FEDEX, USPS, India Post etc. Please be aware that for international order it can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks or sometime 6 week during the heavy traffic in the peak season, it has tracking buts some time it is partial tracking, you may not receive updates. Please do not worry until the six-week period as it is very safe.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
