I like it because we used to wear these on our ties in the 1960's. No one now even wears them, except me. I'm hoping they make a comeback. I don't like the bar type tie clips. These were and still are simple and elegant. I saved a few from the 60's; and have now started wearing them again. So unless some mfg. like Briar starts making them again, I guess they will remain vintage. Very Ivy League. R. Creel
