5 out of 5 starsThis is a really lovely pencil drawing of the wonderful Chris Reeve as Clark Kent/Superman. There was unfortunately some damage to the picture from delivery (bends/creases). However, when i informed the seller, he was sorry for this occurence and kindly offered to send me a replacement. Thanks :-)

5 out of 5 starsMy 8-year old boy has autism. He is not entirely fond of traditional hugs, so we often touch just our foreheads together to show affection. We call it a "brain hug". This is a perfect rendition of our "brain hugs". And he absolutely LOVES the movie Wall-E. When I showed this to him, he gave me the biggest smile. Connection. That's what this is all about. Thank you for drawing this.

Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase
Payment
UK orders can be paid with either PayPal or cheque, please note that there will be a waiting period of about 5 working days if paying by cheque for it to fully clear before items are shipped.
PayPal payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase unless an agreement has been made between buyer and seller. Failure to pay within allotted time without contacting the seller will result in cancellation of the order.
Custom orders sometimes require a 20% deposit depending on the product.
Shipping
Items will usually be posted within 2 days of purchase and will always be sent as soon as possible.
International shipping can sometimes (but rarely) take up to 6 weeks for the US and 8 weeks for Canada due to customs but is usually 5 - 14 days. Parcels within the UK usually arrive within 1 working day but during busy times can take up to 7 days.
If items become lost in the mail the buyer must wait the allotted time for their country to allow for customs and then I will send out a replacement, if a replacement is not available I will refund the cost of the item via PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your Customs office if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

Custom orders are completed ASAP most items take 2-3 working day to complete unless it is a large order with multiple items. I will always e-mail an estimate time and keep you informed along the whole process.
