Can you customize my order and make small changes to an existing design?
Yes! all of my printed designs can be customized for your special event.
Examples of customization are: color changes, choose a different background (from other designs in my shop), add or remove an image, change the font and colors.
Please allow 1 extra business day to receive digital proof if you need your order customized and you have purchased the “customize my design” listing.
Please message me if you need your order customized prior to purchasing, to make sure I can make the changes needed.
I am also a designer or party planner, can I buy a digital printable from Cupid Design Studio, print them myself and charge my clients for the prints and design?
No, all Cupid Design Studio items are for personal use only.
If you have a client who likes our designs and asked you to create the invitations or party printables for them or buy the designs for their event, You MUST purchase the items PRINTED BY US.
Buying the digital files, printing them and receiving any kind of compensation for using our designs is strictly prohibited by Cupid Design Studio.
If you are an event planner and will be buying printed invitations from us for your clients, We will gladly offer a 10% discount on orders over $500.
What is the difference between a digital printable file and an instant download?
- A digital printable file is a file that will be personalized with your wording. You can request a digital file to email to your guests as an e-vite or you can use it to print your invitations, labels, tags, etc.
You will receive a digital proof emailed to you. Once you approve the digital proof, we will email you the final printable file that you can print (your choice of single jpeg or pdf with 2 invites per page).
- An instant download is a single jpeg or pdf file with several images on a page. Instant downloads will not be personalized, you will receive what you see in the listing. This file will be available for your to download as soon as you place your order.
I love a few designs in your shop, can you send me a mockup of the invitation before I place my order?
I’m sorry but due to the many orders I receive, I cannot provide any proofs before you have placed the order.
All orders will receive up to 3 free digital proofs emailed to you so changes can be made to the wording.
Do you offer discounts if I order a large quantity of printed items?
There is a 10% discount on printed orders of $1,000 or more.
Will I receive a proof before my order is printed or my final digital file emailed?
Yes you will receive a digital proof on some personalized items like:
- Invitations & rsvp cards (2 proofs)
- Printed envelopes (2 proofs)
- Labels (one proof)
Design must be approved within 7 business days of receiving your first proof.
