First off I cannot even explain how helpful and communicative James was through the whole process, it was super refreshing to have such a personable experience. The dice that came to me were made of some really high quality resin, that sands and polishes well and I'm really happy with how they came to me. Came across a few problems that weren't able to be sanded out but James immediately got to work in replacing them for me and even threw in a prototype d2 with my logo on it! I can't wait to buy more masters to help me along, thank you James!

Full on amazing service, they contacted me the day the processed the order to confirm everything was right, and then let me know it when it was being picked up for delivery, arrived 2 days later!! A couple of the masters had a little accident during transportation but James was very helpful and kind to reprint them for me and they came super fast! Sanded and polished the masters and they are so lovely. Can’t wait to make the mold and start casting these!!

Purchasing from CuringForge was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had on Etsy. This was my first experience with purchasing a 3D printed model and James was kind enough to explain how everything worked and give his expert opinion on the construction. He even printed extras of the smallest parts incase they get misplaced (blown away by my breathing or accidentally inhaled, they’re TINY!) during the building phase. Inevitably there was some tiny issues with the print but that’s to be expected, James was kind enough to provide me with some two part modelling compound to fix those minor details, on top of that he even gave me the perfect shade of paint for the model as it was going spare, all free of charge. He truly went above and beyond, I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future 3D printing projects.
