Can I use the painted mason jars outside?
I do not recommend using the painted mason jars outdoors.
They can be outside for short periods of time, as long as it doesn't rain, but I don't advise leaving them outside.
Do you offer a "rush" option?
Yes, I do offer a rush option. The cost is $10.00 and it moves your order to the top of my queue. Please send me a message through Etsy for further details.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
No, I do not guarantee delivery dates. I can only guarantee when an order will ship, but once it is out of my hands, I cannot control when the package will be delivered.

When will my jars ship?
My current processing time on mason jars is set at 10 to 14 days, before the jars are shipped.
You can find the "ship by date" on your Etsy receipt, under the SHIPPING DETAILS section. Jars will be shipped by that date.
Can I cancel or return a PDF pattern order?
No, due to the nature of PDF/Instant downloads, they CANNOT be canceled or returned.
Can I return a set of jars?
Yes, I do take returns. Please note, that shipping costs (the amount the buyer paid to have the jars shipped to them) will NOT be returned, only the actual cost of the jars will be refunded. Buyer is also responsible for shipping charges that occur in returning the jars to me. The jars must be returned in the condition that they were received. If there is damage to any jars, funds will be withheld to cover the cost of the damaged merchandise.
