5 out of 5 starsUnlike other chinchilla ledges these feel so smooth! Others I've bought often feel a little ragged and rough on some edges. So I usually sand them down when I get them. There's no glue residue or any nails visible! Such nice quality :) Definitely will buy from here again.

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?
It depends on the shipping carrier. If your item was shipped with USPS, the buyer is responsible for bringing the broken item to USPS to put in a claim for a refund. If your item was shipped with Fedex, the buyer can send photos of the broken item and the box it was shipped in. We will then put in the claim, and send you a replacement item within 7-14 business days. If the buyer decides that a refund is his/her preference, the cost of the item (not the shipping cost) will be refunded to the customer.
Can I purchase from your shop if I live in Hawaii or Alaska?
While all of our item listings state that we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska, we ask that you contact us for shipping rates and details regarding our amended shipping policies for those states.
What is the processing time if I buy multiple items?
If customers buy multiple items, please expect to add around 2 days for every additional item purchased. While this may not be necessary for all sales, our goal is to produce quality products and the additional processing time helps us to accomplish this.
