I’m giving the item 5, and the customer service 5. Shipping only 4 cos the item broke in transit. Maker refunded the item promptly. Suggestion: more secure and padded packing, mark parcel “Fragile.” I will still patronize the maker b/c their items are cool.

Ever single step of the way, the artist was a true collaborator. I had some ideas of what I wanted for my cargoyle and they were able to talk me through the pros and cons of each. At one point, I said I wanted something that would protect me, my car, and all who travel with me, and together we realized the creature I needed was the Golom. A creature made of clay to protect me and mine. I love my CarGolom so much, every time I pass the front of my car, I thank him for looking out for me. I also love seeing people's double takes when they see it!
