I am responsible for your new purchase UNTIL it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of my control. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me so we can get a price quote. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping INCLUDING POST OFFICE DELAY. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is delayed or damaged by the postal service I cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS as first class packages.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please send me a message to let me know the date your order is needed by. I don't always see the requests in the notes to seller until I am ready to process your order. There is NO guarantee that I can rush any order so please confirm with me first.
There will not be any refund issued for items that do not arrive "on time" unless we have discussed your shipping needs PRIOR to the order being placed. I do my best to accommodate so please feel free to ask any question you have.
All orders will be shipped to the Paypal address or address given with Direct Checkout. Please ensure these addresses are correct as I am not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
Refunds and Exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date in the US and within 45 days from the ship date for international orders. If a return is approved (only when merchandise is defective or wrong item is shipped an can't be replaced by us), you must return the order before receiving the refund.
After the item has been returned to me, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for all return shipping.
