I reached out to customer service and asked questions about the color, the process and how it would ultimately look. The seller was very responsive and prompt. He reassured about how the process worked. I sent a picture that didnt clearly show our faces and he requested that I send another picture for the best results of what I wanted. My product arrived quicker than I expected and it was perfect for what I was asking for. He will love his gift!!!! I'll definitely be ordering again in the future!

5 out of 5 starsThis looks great. I got the 6" in Light Marble and it gives a good impression of being stone. Great likeness to existing photos of Poe. No layer lines and has more weight than expected in 3D Printing. Good packaging if you plan to make it a gift.

The craftsmanship is outstanding, with incredible attention to detail and a beautiful finish that makes it look even better in person than in the photos. It’s well-made, and has become a special addition to our home. Knowing it was handcrafted by my talented nephew makes it even more meaningful, but I can honestly say anyone who purchases one will be impressed by the quality. It arrived exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop!
