Frequently asked questions
How do I customize a product?
Most listing have an image of the product that shows what can be customized. For instance, it will say Text 1, Text 2, etc. Just let us know what you want the text to say in the "Personalization" input box.
Can you put custom logos on your products?
If you have a logo that you'd like on one of our items, simply send it to us and we can verify it will work for laser engraving. PLEASE SEND IT TO US BEFORE YOU ORDER and include the following info:
1. Item you would like your logo on
2. Quantity
3. Ship to zip code
Once we get the info, we can let you know if it'll work and pricing.
How do I send vector files like Adobe Illustrator to you?
Etsy won't let you attach vectors, so please send them to mike@custombrewgear.com.
How long does it take to get my product?
Most items will ship in 3-5 business days. They ship either USPS Priority, which is 2-5 days in the US and 6-12 days international, or USPS first class, which is 3-7 days in the US.
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale options and most items can be modified for you specific need. Please contact us for a quote.
My tap handle doesn't face the right direction when I screw it on.
When installing your tap handle, screw it on and face it the direction you want. Tap facets have a lock nut that you screw up to meet the tap handle and lock it into place.
Where's My Package
Please be patient as shipping times may be impacted by pandemic. Custom Brew Gear is not responsible for shipping delays.
My package is late: USPS shipping has been delayed more with the pandemic. Please be patient. Packages usually show up within a few days of normal times, but can be delayed 2-3 weeks later for domestic packages and up to 1-2 months for international.
My package shows delivered, but I didn't get it: This happens more often now with the pandemic. Most of the time it is caused by a USPS scanning error and the package shows up later. This can be up to two weeks later for domestic packages and up to 1-2 months for international.
My custom order was spelled wrong
Please make sure you enter your text exactly as you want it. We copy and paste the text you entered so we can make sure it is right. If we did make a mistake, we'll gladly correct the issue for you. If the buyer misspelled or mistyped it, we offer a 15% discount on the exact item with the correct spelling.
