Custom-colour requests are welcome. Please message Custom Build Studio before ordering so colour availability and any effect on timing can be confirmed. Production begins after the order details are agreed.

Care instructions
Keep decorative items indoors and away from high heat, open flames, and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not place in a dishwasher unless a listing specifically says otherwise.
How long will my order take and where do you ship?
Orders are made in Edmonton and normally prepared within 2–3 business days. Delivery time begins after preparation. Standard shipping is free within Canada, and tracking is provided when available through the selected delivery service.
Will the colour match the listing photos exactly?
Your item will use the colour combination shown unless a custom colour is confirmed before ordering. Lighting, photography, screen settings, and material batches can make the actual shade appear slightly lighter, darker, or warmer.
