The entire process was quick and straightforward. The artist, Fammy, did a very good job of staying connected and sharing progress photos. This whole commission took only a few days too! It was amazing customer service as well as amazing talent from the artist!! :D I was happy to see a doodle on the outside of the packaging as well as a had written note and a sticker on top of the already beautiful badge!
