Care instructions
Store all jewellery in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure and other atmospheric elements.
Do not store jewellery next to radiators, windowsills or in rooms with excess condensation, such as bathrooms or wet rooms. Damp and hot conditions can cause precious metals to discolour, tarnish and erode as well as damage gemstones.
Skin and hair products such as body lotions, perfumes and creams can react adversely with jewellery causing precious metals to tarnish and/or erode.
It is advisable to apply any cosmetic products in advance of putting on jewellery. Jewellery should not be worn in the shower or bath, or when bathing in a hot tub, pool or in the sea.
International Orders, Where is my order?
Please note the delivery times stated are estimates only, and not a guaranteed delivery.
Orders going to Europe are shipped with Royal mail International Priority (not tracked as standard, a upgrade to tracked and signed can be purchased at checkout)
and will be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks, but can take longer in rare occasions up to 20 working days.
Orders going to the US & Canada and the rest of the world are shipped with Royal mail International Priority (not tracked as standard, a upgrade to tracked and signed can be purchased at checkout)

Is your jewellery suitable for Children?
We advice against having jewellery on Children under the age of 3 due to the small parts used to make the jewellery that may become dislodged.
Older children should be fine wearing our jewellery, however please unsure to remove at night time and when not supervised.

Please note in the rare occasion a item does not arrive in the time set for your region max (delivery times are: 10 working days UK, 20 working days Europe, 30 working days USA and the rest of the world)
we will always offer a replacement if available or a refund. We will never leave you without a item or money.

USA postage
