We ship all orders within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise in the ad or unless we are on vacation. We make every effort to ship within 24 business hours Monday through Friday.

Real feathers can be ironed, if your item arrives and your feathers have a slight bend, simply run your flat iron over them gently to straighten them.

Rooster feathers can be washed if needed in warm water and Dawn dish soap; however, all of our products have already been through the salon treatment. They are washed in an industrial strength cleaner, then washed in Dawn and fluff dried in the dryer.

If there is a separation within the feather, most of the time it can be fixed by pinching just above the separated area and gently pulling down with your fingers in the natural direction of the barbs. It can take a few times to put it back together, but this works because all barbs are present. We don't use any feathers with missing barbs.

YES! Shipping multiple items is less expensive, so we pass the savings onto you. We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item purchased together in the same transaction. We have our shipping set up where we buy insurance for anyone purchasing more than one item. We also buy insurance if your order amount is over $20.00.
