We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and always strive to do all we can to make sure you are happy and satisfied with all parts of the ordering and purchasing process. We usually answer within 4 hours (usually sooner) because we know customer service is the most important part of our job.

If you need a custom or bespoke item and there isn't a listing available please contact us and we will set you one up.
If you would like to cancel your order, provided we have not already personalised and dispatched it, we can usually cancel the order and refund in full. Please contact us to find out.
Shipping
Standard UK delivery is normally between 3-5 working days after your order has been dispatched
We also have an express delivery option which is 1-3 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Please contact us for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery services.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Standard overseas shipping is normally between 14-21 working days. This is only an estimate and some packages can take up to 28 days to be delivered depending on the country. The standard overseas shipping option is not a trackable service.
We also have an express tracked delivery option with is normally between 7-14 working days. Again this is only an estimate and some packages can take slightly longer to arrive depending on the destination. This shipping option comes with a tracking number so you can check on your delivery status along the way.
We can also send items via an express UPS/Fedex Courier which is normally around 2-4 working days. Prices do vary but start from around £25 for small items. Please email us for a quote if you would like to enquire about this delivery option.

Can I request a custom order?
Yes, all of our products are created just for you. If you have a special request such as longer text or a logo or unusual design, please let us know and we can create a customised order just for you.
What are you process and shipping times?
It usually takes us 1-2 days to customise a product just for you. Then the shipping time is dependent on your shipping destination.
Shipping time estimates are shown on each product page. We ship worldwide and use a number of postal and shipping companies.
Is there an Express shipping option?
Yes, if you require something extra quick, please ask and we can organise an express courier for you. Worldwide express courier is usually 2-5 days.
If you are in the UK, we have a 1-3 day option available. We can even do next day orders if required, just let us know and we will arrange it.
How do i personalise my order?
Please leave your engraving message in the 'Notes to Seller' section when you purchase the item, during checkout.
If you miss this option, no problem, just send us a message and we will add your details.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, we can do bulk and wholesale orders on many of our products. Just let us know your requirements and we will help process the order.
How many characters can you have on an item?
Each item is different. The space available per item varies, so we add a recommended character limit in each product description. If you have any questions or would like more characters than is available, just let us know and we will see what we can do.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee that we will get it right. We don't make mistakes often, but if we have made a mistake on the personalisation of your order, just let us know immediately and we will fix the problem free of charge.
