Listing says "No returns", what if something is wrong with the product?
If the product doesn't arrive or the item arrives damaged, feel free to message us and we'll make it right. Must include photo(s) of the product and a shirt description of the issue.
I made a mistake for a personalized item, can I change or fix the error?
Let us know within a few hours if possible so we can fix the error before it the item is completed. If it's a digital product we can just send you a corrected product. If you let us know over 3 hours+ your product might have begun creation and can't be fixed. Message a.s.a.p. to correct the error.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we accept request to make custom products that doesn't have options listed that you desire. Use Etsy message to send your idea or request a font or art that you want.
Example 1:
If you want a custom item with rare pet, and it's not listed, send us a photo of your exotic pet and we'll make the product.
Example 2:
If you want a particular font that's not listed, we can see if we can license the font and use it on the product you desire.
Example 3:
If you want a realistic photo on your product instead of an Illustrated version. Feel free to make the request on the custom option section.

If you want an adult item created, such as a nude illustrated photo of your self to give to someone, Message use and tell use what your idea it for the adult themed item.

Low-quality photos may limit how much we can enhance them, but we’ll still do our best to edit and improve your image before creating your custom piece.

To send a photo, click the frame icon in the top right of the Etsy message box. We accept photos through messages. Please note: very low-quality images may limit enhancement, but we’ll do our best to prepare them for your order.
Can I make any custom product into an Anime or Comic Book style?
Yes, but these styles are available for up to 2 pets only, as the simulation-based process used to create them requires additional time to achieve accurate results.
What is your policy on phone case art damaged items?
We take great care in packaging our items, but if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist and, if applicable, issue a refund or replacement.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for artwork damaged after delivery due to handling, contact with abrasive surfaces, or accidental impact. In rare cases where a printing error is confirmed, we may offer a partial refund.
