5 out of 5 starsMadeline is such a sweetheart and it was honestly refreshing to communicate with her as she has some of, if not the best, customer service I've seen. She was very understanding when I told her I was low income and she even made a plan for me to be able to pay easier! Unfortunately I lost my job and was unable to continue paying, but even then she was understanding and kind and didn't shame me at all. I will be coming back in the future and I wish the best for Madeline's business <3

5 out of 5 starsThis seller was fantastic customizing the characters in my book. She made separate pieces with connectors so that I could print the body parts in different colors and then attach them together. She was very detailed and everything worked perfectly! so happy with my custom order.
