How will you you ship my package?
I ship all packages via DHL Express
When will you ship my package?
Your package will be shipped five (5) days after processing time.
When will my package arrive?
Please factor in both processing time (3-5 WORKING DAYS) and shipping time (see below), before placing an order.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately no. Unless they arrive damaged or defective. All items in my shop are 'made to order' meaning that your order is unique and created specifically for you. For this reason, I cannot accept returns.

What are the conditions of return?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your items will be shipped to the billing address that is associated with your Etsy account. Please make sure that this is the correct mailing address. If you have made an error, please contact me as soon as possible.
