The quality is very good and the mock up design match the final project perfectly. The only thing that upset me is that there was a scratch on the textured background of the plaque. It’s about an inch long, fine as a hair but noticeable. For $300 I would expect my plaque to not have a scratch, especially somewhere that it is so easily noticeable. But other than that it came packaged well and protected and the customer service was great.
