In the mail, I recieved a securely packaged item in a bubble wrapped envelope. Inside as another layer of security was my custom card between 2 pieces of neatly cut cardboard to prevent bending and creases which I really appreciate. In addition there were several little stickers which I found endearing as well as a hand written note which gave it a personal touch. The seller is very sweet and their products are high quality. Great for any pokemon fan.
