4 out of 5 starsThere are some threads coming loose on the shirt after only 3 wears & washes. The shirt care instructions state not to dry in the dryer - hang dry only, which is odd, but I've followed those instructions and the shirt is still already beginning to thread out on seams.

4 out of 5 starsThe first sweatshirt I received had a defective heat transfer, so there were lots of splotches and dots all over the design on the front and back 😭 I contacted the seller and they were very understanding! I sent them some pictures and they sent me a replacement. The second one doesn't have all the noise in the design (yay!) but the heat transfer seems like it slides when it's made? The edges are fuzzy around the image, which makes it look lower quality, but the sweatshirt itself is very nice! Overall it's worth the price, and the seller was very helpful 🩷

Care instructions
We recommend washing your garments inside out with similar colors. Do not dry clean. There is no problem in ironing the design. We use high quality DTF printing.
DTF prints are more durable than vinyl or screen-printed designs. The ink is actually bonded to the fabric, so it won't crack, peel, or fade like other methods. DTF prints can also withstand multiple washes without losing their color or quality.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we can't accept or exchange because all of our orders are custom-made. So, we can't reuse the product we made other than donating them. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem.

We do bulk orders almost all the time. Reach out to us so we can give you a private quote. A lot of the bulk pricing can change depending on our workflow, material and the quantity.
