Which brand do you use?
We use Bella Canvas shirts which are known for their quality. Unlike other brands, they don't shrink. Also they are extremely soft and our customers love it. As for printing method, we use the premium heat press vinyl.
What size should I get?
The sizing chart is already displayed on listing pictures. The shirts are true to size and we have a mixture of unisex and women's sizes which are already being displayed. If you like fitted look, please purchase one size smaller. There's no need for getting one size above because the shirts don't shrink when washed correctly.
What are the product details? What are they made of?
Solid colors (without heather) are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton. Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton / 48% polyester.
When can I expect my order?
Processing Time:
1-2 Days. Our processing time is about 1 day. Shirts ordered before 11pm are shipped on the next morning. During holidays, we ship as usual, however, please expect USPS shipping delays as amount of orders processed are slightly higher.
Shipping Time:
Regular shipping will take 1-5 business days. Rush shipping will take 2-3 days and Express shipping will take 1-2 days. Please contact for more information.
How do I place an order?
1️⃣ Please review all the information provided in the description, FAQ and listing images.
2️⃣ Select the shirt type and size using the drop down menu.
3️⃣ Select the color of the shirt using the following drop down menu.
4️⃣ If you want it customized, please enter the customization request very detailed.
5️⃣ Need more items? Add the current item in the cart. And If you like to add more items to your order please press the back button and repeat steps 1-4 again until you add all your desired items.
6️⃣ Once all your desired items are in your cart you may complete your order by entering your payment method, desired shipping address and method, and click submit.

What are the care instructions? Can I wash and dry?
1️⃣ Wash items inside out in cold water.
2️⃣ Do not bleach.
3️⃣ Do not dry clean.
4️⃣ Do not iron directly on the design.
Do you accept returns?
All items are made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.
What can I do problems with my order?
If there's a mistake with the order, please message us using Etsy's messaging system, and we will try to resolve the problem.
