Is the listed price for the couple or family set for both items?
Our listed prices are for individual items. For a set, please purchase adult and kid sizes separately.
Why does the price change when I select a size?
The price varies depending on the selected size, leading to differences in pricing.
Is it possible to view a mockup before purchasing?
Unfortunately, we do not provide mockups before purchase. However, we can create one post-purchase, though this might extend processing time.
Can I get the writing in a glittery/sparkly color?
We do not currently offer a glittery/sparkly color option.
Return and Exchange Policy
As each item is uniquely crafted for every order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is always available to assist you. Please ensure you select the correct size according to the provided size chart, as orders will not be refunded or replaced due to size discrepancies.
Cancellation
If you've placed an order in error or have changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the cancellation is requested after 12 hours and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.
