I have an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
Please send me a message with the photo of incorrect item(s). I will sort out any issue and send the replacement straightaway.
I am missing a product from my order, what should I do?
I may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your notifications to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please send me a message with the missing item's name. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
What do I do if I receive a faulty/damaged item in my order?
Please send me a message with the photo of damage item(s). I will sort out any issue and send the replacement straightaway.
My order tracking number stopped updating
We understand your worry while waiting for your package. It is common that your shipment delays in updating tracking information in a few days but they are still being routed to your destination. This will happen frequently in sale or high seasons.
Other delays can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs
In case your order is stuck for 10-15 days with no updates, please contact me so that the problem can be sorted out as quickly as possible.
What is the process for returning an order?
I offer a replacement if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and you don't have to return received one. Therefore, feel free to contact me so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I know If my item is lost?
The item is considered lost if there are 10 business days without a scan to a valid domestic address in the contiguous 48 states. Please let me know if tracking is still not updated after 10 business days.
