Which size should I order from the listing?
For your convenience, we have included a product size chart in all of our store listings to avoid any confusion. You can refer to this detailed size guide and order the appropriate size based on your physique and measurements.
How to share the image that I want to digitize on the product?
To digitize an image for your order, simply share or attach the image or sketch in the message or inbox. We will share the artwork with you for approval before processing your order.
Which images could be digitized on the product?
We can digitize any image as long as it is not nude or explicit in nature. Before processing your order, we will send the artwork for your approval. If your image is not suitable for digitization, we can work with you to find an alternative image that we can embroider on your product.
Can we digitize naked sketch image on the product?
We regret to inform you that we cannot digitize bold/naked images on our product due to certain limitations. However, you can share an alternative image, and we will be more than happy to embroider it on the product.
Can I get free shipping?
If you are based in the UK, we offer free shipping without any additional postage cost. However, if you reside outside the UK, there will be a standard postage charge for each order at the checkout page.
Do you provide multiple image options for digitizing on the product?
I hope you are doing well. We only consider one image for artwork, as mentioned in our listing description. Redesigning a new artwork requires more effort, and we charge additional fees for it. However, we can finalize an image with the customer before starting work on their sketch order.
After placing an order, where should you share the logo?
You can share the logo with us through the message box after placing your order. Please ensure that you send us a PNG image of the logo, as we require high-resolution images for better print quality.
If I am dissatisfied with the sketch, can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, a full refund is not possible in the case of sketch orders. The digitizing fee of 10 GBP is applicable to cover the cost of the initial work. We recommend carefully reviewing our portfolio and providing clear instructions during the order placement to minimize the need for refunds.
Is it our responsibility to handle the custom clearance?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle custom clearance, as custom taxes are imposed by the state and not by us as the seller.
Can I cancel my order after the artwork has been approved?
If you opt to cancel your order following artwork approval, a £10 fee will be retained, covering the setup cost for creating the artwork. The remaining value of the order will be processed accordingly.
