I placed the order, questions answered, and shipped almost in the same day! Very much appreciated when I needed this gift with a quick timeline.

Shop owner reached out almost instantly after placing my order to confirm what I needed to be engraved. Communication was spot on. They also must live at the post office, because the item was shipped out crazy fast. Thank you!

Seller was proactively communicative by reaching out to confirm my custom addition. Came as described and faster than I expected. Will shop with them again.

Product arrvied swiftly and in the exact condition as shown in the photos. My only 'negative' comment would be that the engraving is hard to see on the lighter portions of the copper, which I expect will go away after continued use. Looking forward to gifting this to my husband on our 'copper' anniversary.

This watch is amazing! It’s a gift for my brother and he’s going to love it. Customer service was incredible… answered all My questions responded extremely quick. I could not be happier! Thank you so much!

This is a gift for my little sister and it’s perfect. Beautiful work and packaging.

Amazing work

Amazing work. I will buy more of the same to gift my friends.

I was sent a proof before the order was completed, to ensure everything was how I wanted it. It was done and shipped very fast. I received it less than a week after ordering. Very happy with watch, but I do wish it would have come with instructions on how to change the time/wind up.

This is a perfect gift for a cigar enjoyer. The seller promptly responded to my purchase and the item was shipped within hours. I am very excited to give this gift.
