Will the designs last on my shoes?
Yes, they will last as long as they are treated carefully since it is art on shoes. I use a matte finisher which ensures the designs are waterproof, scratch, crack, and peel resistant.
What if I order the wrong size?
I gladly accept cancellations within 4 hours of your purchase. However, please look over the conversion chart carefully to ensure the right size is ordered. Also, check the size chart for exact measurements.
What happens if I receive my shoe and it doesn't fit?
***All sales are final. I do not accept returns or refunds due to the product being a custom item. Please carefully choose your correct size to ensure your shoe will fit.

How long will you take?
Painting shoes is a tedious process and I want to ensure every shoe is painted with the utmost quality and attention to detail. Due to this, the processing time is usually between 4-5 weeks. I will message you if I experience any delays due to previous orders.
Why is the processing time 4-5 weeks?
The processing time is 4-5 weeks because I have to have the money transferred into my bank so I can order the shoe from an authorized retailer. (There is a 7-day payment processing delay for new sellers). Then it has to be shipped out to me. That can take up to two weeks. Then, I have to paint the shoes. The length of time it will take depends on previous orders but it usually takes a day or so. I then ship out the shoes. Most orders will be fulfilled before 4-5 weeks but that time period is in case of any delays. I will contact you immediately if there are any delays.
