Why isn't this shipping right away?
Everything's made to order, printed just for you. That's the trade for not keeping a warehouse full of things nobody bought: a few days to produce before it ships. Worth it.
Who actually makes these?
We design everything ourselves; a production partner prints and ships it. They're disclosed on each listing — full transparency, per Etsy's rules and basic decency.
Are the designs original?
Yes — every design is our own, pulled from things readers actually say and feel and turned into something you won't find on a generic "book lover" mug. Concept, words, and every decision: human. On some illustrated pieces the final rendering is done with an AI image tool from our art direction — the printing press, not the author.
Can I return it?
Made-to-order items can't come back for a change of heart, but anything damaged or wrong we'll replace or refund — see the returns policy. Digital files can't be returned once downloaded.
Do you do custom or personalized versions?
Not at the moment — we'd rather do a few things properly than everything badly. If there's something you wish existed, tell us; it might become a listing.
How do I pick the right size?
Every apparel listing has a size guide — check it before ordering, since made-to-order means we can't swap it for a different size later.
Do you ship internationally?
It depends on the item — each listing shows where it ships and the estimated time.
