I try to send the next day where possible using U.K Royal Mail. This usually takes 2/3 days but this isn't guaranteed and can take longer. I do send each item second class signed for. So it is traceable.

If you would like next day delivery or you require insurance then this will be extra, so please message me prior to purchasing so I can give you a quote you are happy with.

I will always send you a message via Etsy to let you know when your item has been shipped.

**Due to Covid restrictions I will currently only be visiting the post office once a week so postage may take slighter longer than usual. **

I want you to be happy with your order so if it is a personalised piece send me as many details as you can so that I can make it exactly as you want it. I am afraid these pieces cannot be refunded.

I am more than happy to design pictures to your specification. Family portraits, animals and pets and hobbies are my favourite pieces as they are so unique to the individual.

Just message me with your requests and if possible I'll aim to design as soon as possible for you and start stitching as soon as all the details have been confirmed.

Remember the lampshades, cushions, lanterns, frames can have a bespoke design just for you. The ones listed are merely past commissions.

Yes I can ship abroad. Remember it is your responsibility to pay customs duty etc. It will be sent signed for but can take upto 28 days to be delivered. I package and pad to the best of my ability but take no responsibility for breakages in transport. Message and I can get quotes for your country.
