Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please refer to each listing for current processing times. Processing times may vary during holidays and peak seasons. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through Etsy.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Many of our products are personalized or custom-made. Please double-check all spelling, dates, colors, and customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized or custom-made items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work toward a resolution.

Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional postage for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first. Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

Colors & Product Appearance

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitor and screen settings, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online.
