Frequently asked questions
I haven´t received my order yet, what should I do?

Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us. Lost packages or packages arriving late won´t be refunded (depending on the item we offer a free replacement, not all apply).

What is your production time?

Our production time takes varies for each item. Please see the product description to get a better idea. We can rush orders for a fee, just send us a message to check our schedule.

If you need the order for an event, please send us the date required by and your location (city, country and zipcode) before placing the order, and we will let you know if you´ll get the order on time.

What about returns or exchanges?

Any custom or personalized order can´t be return or exchanged, but we will send a replacement at our expense if we have made a mistake on your order.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase to discuss.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We will gladly refund 100% of you order if we haven't started to work on it at all, however if we already started and invested time in designing or in cutting your piece, we won't be able to cancel or refund it.

What if my item arrived damaged?

We do our best to package all items carefully so you receive it in perfect condition, also, they go through some test process after being packed to ensure they will arrive safe and they won´t be damaged while in transit. If damaged is due to mishandling on your end we will not be able to refund, but we can provide you a discounted price to buy it again.

If damaged occurred while in transit we can help you by processing a claim to the post office. Please notify us immediately (no later than 24 hours after you received it. Photo of the item still wrapped with visible damaged is a must to prove it happened while in transit. After we are able to send the claim we will send the replacement to you.

How can I get a replacement?

We can help you to get a replacement as soon as a claim has been put through on the carriers website first so they can cover the replacement expense
