What is your shipping estimated time?

Canada - Depends on location 2-9 business days. Comes with tracking number

USA - Regular up to a week, Upgrade 3-4 business days.


I haven´t received my order yet, what should I do?

Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us.

What is your production time?

Our production time takes varies from 2-6 business days for small items or up to a week or two for larger orders. We can rush orders for a fee, just send us a message to check our schedule.

If you need the order for an event, please send us the date required by and your location (city, country and zipcode) before placing the order, and we will let you know if you´ll get the order on time.

What about returns or exchanges?

Any custom or personalized order can´t be return or exchanged, but we will send a replacement at our expense if we have made a mistake on your order.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase to discuss.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We will gladly refund 100% of you order if we haven't started to work on it at all, however if we already started and invested time in designing or in cutting your piece, we won't be able to cancel or refund it.

What if my item arrived damaged?

We do our best to package all items carefully so you receive it in perfect condition, also, they go through some test process after being packed to ensure they will arrive safe and they won´t be damaged while in transit. If damaged is due to mishandling on your end we will not be able to refund, but we can provide you a discounted price to buy it again. We'd appreciate your full honesty here.

If for some reason your item arrives damaged and it´s due to mishandling on the carriers end, please notify us immediately (no later than 24 hours after you received the product) with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging, so we can file a claim with the post office and send you replacement immediately.
