Etsy Shipping Dates/Lost Mail:

Please understand that the timing Etsy gives is not only an estimate which most sellers would agree is incorrect for international shipping but they also do not adjust for the Christmas season. As stated in the listings most packages should take 2 weeks but up to 6 during holiday seasons. I cannot do any refunds/send out replacements until this time is up. After that time I am happy to replace/refund the order.

Does my item come tracked?

Tracking is now given to all international orders by default, UK orders do not come with tracking but an upgrade is available at checkout if you wish to do so. If you wish for something more specific like signed, please message and I'm happy to help.

'Can I get this by?'

I sadly cannot guarantee when my items will arrive, I can provide you with quicker mailing options if you message me, however once I post it, it's out of my hands.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING!

Once again I understand the timing Etsy provides internationally but after November 20th there's a high risk it does not arrive by Christmas. I will try my best to post the day you order during the season, but as stated before once I post it is outside of my control and I will not refund/replace until the 6 weeks are up as I have had all my orders show up by then.

**Last RECOMMENDED order date for UK customers 12th December, however I would buy before if you want to guarantee it in time.**

'Can you make merch of?'

I do appreciate these messages but please do understand that I can only go so niche and this is my hobby while I do art school and retail work. I will be honest about the possibility of that character in the future, but also if you are really wanting something super niche I have commissions for badges quite regularly.

(But I do honestly love seeing what people request :D)
