Custom and personalized orders
We do not do custom or personalized orders.
Hours Of Operation
We ship orders daily (excluding Sundays and holidays) within 24 hours of receipt of payment, and respond to messages Monday through Saturday. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
Returns
If you need to return an item that is no problem (As long as the item has not been washed or altered and is still in the original, brand new factory condition that it was received in).
PLEASE NOTE: Per our return policy we do not accept returns or process refunds on garments that have been washed, stained, soiled, scented or altered in any way from the original manufacturers factory condition that is was received.
To avoid unnecessary delays in return package processing please be sure to include the original packing slip in the package along with a notation that will help our returns department locate your order in our system when they process/inspect your return (ship to last name, order#, etc).
