You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Once a package has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check it for updates.

I cannot rush, intercept, or alter a shipment after it has been mailed. I am not responsible for missed deadlines caused by mail delays. I do not guarantee any delivery times by the USPS.

Always order as early as possible to allow your items to be made, packaged, and shipped and to allow for any unexpected mail delays.

December 12th for orders in the USA

Orders made by these dates will be shipped by the USPS deadlines for Christmas delivery.

I cannot guarantee delivery times for the USPS. I really, really wish I could.

Because of the rise in theft of packages on porches and the increasing number of packages showing up days (or even a week) after being marked as Delivered, I cannot be responsible for packages once they are marked as Delivered. This is also in line with Etsy policy.

If you do not think your package was stolen, if possible, check with neighbors and check with other members of your household.

If you are still unable to locate your package, take your tracking number to your local post office and see if they can assist you in finding it.

If you gave the wrong address at checkout, contact me immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, I will happily change the address for you.

If your order has already shipped, there is unfortunately nothing I can do to retrieve it, and you will be responsible for repurchasing.

If your original order comes back to me in the mail, I will refund the cost of the original order, minus shipping. If I do not receive it, I will not refund the order as it was due to customer error and not an error on my part.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ADDRESS FOR ACCURACY.

I hate for you to not receive your package, but I simply cannot afford to resend orders out for free due to incorrect address being given.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, do not sleep in your cuffs.

Do not spray alcohol based items such as perfume directly on your hand stamped jewelry. This may cause the color of the text to fade.

If your aluminum cuff, key chain, or pendant gets scratched, minor scratches can be buffed out with a jewelry buffer or polishing cloth.

All copper and brass pieces are buffed with microcrystalline wax to avoid tarnish, but these metals still should not be worn in water.

Copper and brass may eventually leave a green tint on the skin. This is a normal occurrence with both metals, and it is harmless. It will wash off easily with soap and water.

I do NOT collect customs or VAT fees.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and pay any customs or VAT fees associated with your order.

All my cuffs generally fit up to approximately an 8" wrist. If you need a bigger size, contact me here on Etsy.

The aluminum cuffs are especially adjustable and are great for those with smaller than average wrists as well.

Copper, brass, and sterling silver are slightly adjustable.

Your order will be shipped in a gift box or organza bag with colored tissue paper.

I do not offer gift wrapping. Time just doesn't allow. Plus, I'm really terrible at it.
