I started D³ Made because nothing on the market did exactly what I wanted.
I'm not a craftsman by training — I'm a tinkerer. Someone who has always liked to build things and figure out how they work. 3D printing gave me a way to do that without needing a workshop full of tools. The ability to design something, hit print, and hold it in your hands an hour later never gets old.
The 4MA System came out of real frustration. I loved the idea of a vertical cycling organizer but wanted more flexibility than anything available offered — and I wanted to fix the things that drove me crazy about existing products. The shelves that slip. The hooks you have to reach behind the rack to use. The PLA that warps in a hot garage.
So I built what I actually wanted. PETG-CF construction that handles real environments. A clamp and thumbscrew that locks everything in place. A modular bin system that adapts as your gear changes. A shoe hanger that lets you place your shoes from the front.
Every product that leaves this studio gets held to one standard: would I be proud to put my name on it?
D³ Made is based in Austin, TX. The 4MA System ships across the US.
