Digital downloads
Your files are available as an instant digital download once payment is confirmed. To access them, sign in to Etsy.com, go to Your account > Purchases, then select Download Files next to your order. Etsy does not currently support downloading digital purchases through the Etsy app, so please use a web browser or computer. If you have any issue accessing your files, contact D69 Designs through Etsy Messages.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
Because D69 Designs currently sells digital products delivered electronically, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted once the files are available. If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file or have a problem with your order, please contact D69 Designs through Etsy Messages so I can help resolve it.
What files will I receive?
The files included depend on the product. Each listing clearly states exactly what you will receive, such as Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets compatible files, PDF guides, printable files, templates or digital artwork. Please review the listing description and product images before purchasing.
Is this a physical product?
No. D69 Designs currently sells digital products only. Nothing will be physically shipped unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Depending on the product, you may receive spreadsheets, templates, printable files, PDF guides or digital artwork.
How should I print my artwork?
You can print your files at home, through a local print shop, or using an online printing service. For the best result, use the file ratio and maximum recommended print size stated in the listing. Print quality may vary depending on the printer, paper and settings used.
Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
Slight color differences can occur between screens and printed results because monitors, printers, paper types and color profiles vary. This is normal for digital artwork and does not indicate a defective file.
Can I resize or crop the artwork?
Minor resizing may be possible, but cropping can change the composition. For best results, use the supplied aspect ratio that matches your intended frame or print size. If you need help choosing the correct file, contact D69 Designs through Etsy Messages.
Can I use the files commercially?
Usage rights depend on the product and are stated in each listing. Unless explicitly permitted, files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, modified for resale, uploaded to print-on-demand services or sold as standalone digital assets.
What software do I need to use the digital products?
Software requirements depend on the product. Some files are designed for Microsoft Excel, some are compatible with Google Sheets, and others may be PDF, printable or image files. Each listing clearly states the required software and compatible file formats before purchase.
