What is Dabstory's return policy?
1. Products can be returned within 45 days of receipt of shipment.
2. Only complete products that are without any signs of use can be returned
3. RETURNERS are responsible for return shipping, so please consider your purchases carefully.
IMPORTANT!
If you are returning products, please carefully pack them before shipping. It is best to use the original box inserts, stabilizing the products inside the parcels securing them from accidental damage during transport. The foam inserts feature cutouts, where the product needs to be placed.
I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that you received an item that is different from what you have ordered.
In this situation please send us a message in which you:
1. describe the problem
2. attach photos of:
* the label with the product code and stamp- you will find both of them on the cardboard box
* the item you have received.
How do I install Dabstory bathroom accesories?
Please contact us to receive installation instructions for the product you are interested in!
MOST of the products (all the shelves except LOGAN, toilet paper holders, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, towel hanger ROY, wall-mounted toilet brush MUGO) ARE MOUNTED WITH SCREWS that come within package and require drilling into the wall.
Since all the products are made of stainless steel they are heavier than their plastic peers, therefore require stronger and more reliable fixing.
