For Alaska and United States Minor Outlying Islands orders, due to the flight route cannot be directly reached, so we will choose to ship your order by China Post. This carrier can directly reach most of Outside the continental U.S. and the delivery is estimated to be about 2 months. If you would like faster delivery, please message me to get a shipping price before place order.

My items hasn't received yet.
We ship by priority courier to you. For North America and the EU, usually your item will be delivered earlier than the expected date. In some cases, the reason for the delayed delivery is that your region customs and postal factories pick up delayed. This may be because your local postal factories may be affected by the pandemic and may not enough staff process to parcels, delivery will maybe later than usual 1-7 business days, which means that even your items has arrived in your region but it cannot be scanned in time, the entire delivery will be delayed. We are very sorry about this situation which is out of our control. If your items are still no update after 2 weeks please contact us ASAP.
My items received is broken
For some reason, If you receive a defective product please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within 48 hrs span and notify us of any problem. Before contacting, please ensure that the following items are included in your message: The image/video of the defective item clearly shows the problem at hand Detailed description of the problems faced by the product. For defective items or "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA ), we will resend items and you don't need to pay any fee. We will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Missed deliveries
Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postman may be left a notice card for you and advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
However, should you fail to collect your items within the specified time and cause the return to the sender or your package is lost, unfortunately in this case we NOT accept responsibility for returns and issue refunds.
Item wrapping
We attach great importance to your health and safety. We have double-layer packaging and disinfection for each item to prevent you from being indirectly infected by the virus when you receive the items.
Shipping
The delivery is estimated, excluding the influence of weather and unavoidable circumstances. If your order has not been updated a long time, or inquire about the order status, please message me I will get back to you ASAP :)
Return & Exchange
1. Due to we mainly sell handmade items, all return requests must be initiated within 30 days after your package has been delivered.
2. If you receive a defective product from us, please must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. For "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA ), we will resend items and you don't need to pay any fee. We will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
3. As our operations primarily collaborate with logistics providers and we are based outside the U.S, it poses a challenge for us to directly engage with courier companies on your behalf. We are very sorry we are unable to create return labels, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
