This error typically occurs when the main downloaded package is uploaded directly, rather than extracting the specific 'nicex.zip' file inside it. 5 out of 5 starsThe transitions are very nice and well done. Value is there, however, these are VIDEO transitions that require more than a drag and drop. There are additional adjustments to opacity needed to ensure clean transition effect. The "tutorial" is not very informative and is show only with no sound or even written instruction. I recommend either a little more instruction or a voice over to clarify what the proper procedure is. Overall though, I do really like these and can recommend as long as you know how to use them. If you want to see them in use, watch the podcast, Sorry I Rocked The Boat. They are used in the beginning.

1 out of 5 starsBuyer Beware!! Do not purchase this product! You will not receive any of the videos in the description video. The bundle came with PNG's and very mediocre particle and light effect videos that are extremely blurry. There are no unique animated backgrounds as shown. Some videos are doubled to make it seem like you're getting a variety of effects. This seller has horrible customer service and stated that they actually don't have any of the videos on display, and have the right to provide any backgrounds they wanted and as long as the customer receives an item. What a fraud! This item is the worst and is falsely advertised! Don't waste your money!

The product I'm selling is a digital product. The customer used it and requested a refund. They claimed the product wasn't working as expected and requested a refund. As the seller, I asked them to send me a video to prove the product wasn't working. They sent me promotional PNGs that were included in the product. They didn't read the product description. They used the product for video editing and, in an attempt to get their money back, abused ETSY policies and personally insulted me, requesting a refund. They are trying to lure sellers back on Etsy. I advise other sellers and customers on Etsy to be wary of this liar. Stay away from this thief who steals people's hard work. He stole my product and received a refund.
