Hi, I’m sorry that you were expecting a different item from what is mentioned in the listing. As discussed, you were expecting “more of a women’s cut, not a unisex crew neck tee” but as I already said this tee is clearly a crew neck. It is also mentioned in the description that this is a Unisex size fit and not a women's fitted shirt, with a recommendation to size down for a more fitted look and to check the size chart prior to any purchase. I’m sorry you missed the parts of the description that mentioned these recommendations. That’s why I will try even harder to make such information clear in the future. Customer service is my top priority and that’s why I went above and beyond to address your concerns and find a solution. Regards
