Good selection of backgrounds, looking forward to framing

I had trouble accessing my email, and when I asked the seller if perhaps they can help by sending it to another email, all I got was “no”. No explanation or assistance of any kind. I had to access my old email address (which was a pain) in order to get what I paid for. The plans and material list are amazing, but I just feel like the seller didn’t care that I was struggling to get the very thing I paid for, nor did they provide an help on resolving the matter.
