Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

All products in my shop are digital goods (downloadable files).

No returns or exchanges are offered for digital products once they have been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues with downloading, please contact me and I will assist you promptly.

All sales are considered final after delivery of the digital files.

Please note: All digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once sent, as they may be downloaded by the customer.
