This was an instant digital download, and the review was posted within about one minute of purchase, before there was reasonable time to read and review the PDF files. The buyer did not contact me for help or clarification before leaving the review. The files were delivered as described in the listing, and I respectfully disagree with the claim made here. My shop remains committed to honest service and clear digital products.

According to the order timeline, the review was posted almost immediately after purchase, before there was reasonable time to fully open, read, and review the PDF files. No message was sent before the review for help, clarification, or support. The files were delivered as described in the listing, with detailed instructions shown in the description and preview images. I respectfully disagree with the claim that the instructions are incomplete or that the product was not as described. The buyer account appeared inactive shortly after leaving the review, which raises concern about the nature of this review. My shop remains committed to honest service and clear digital products.
