First and foremost, customer service was phenomenal. I had a very specific idea in mind for the deck box I wanted to be made. They worked with me through the night a time or two and really brought my vision to life. Between color renditions to picking out a desired font, they really brought their "A" game! Also I asked if they could increase the dimensions to comfortably fit a double sleeved commander deck and they happily obliged. I am happy beyond words! This is a gift for someone and I know they'll love it!
