Art for a cause.
DMoSan started out of my ever growing art addiction. Back in 2009 I picked up sumi-e painting again after learning it in high school. Eventually acrylics entered the mixed and soon there was no stopping it. Screen printing and other textile work are the most recent additions with some dabbling in other mediums.
15% of the profit from every purchase is donated to a local Seattle non-profit that does great work for the community. Most past organizations have been ones I’ve personally volunteered with.
Buy art, support a cause, change the world.
Donations are currently going to Got Green. Their mission:
"Got Green organizes for environmental, racial, and economic justice as a South Seattle-based grassroots organization led by people of color and low income people. We cultivate multi-generational community leaders to be central voices in the Green Movement in order to ensure that the benefits of the green movement and green economy (green jobs, healthy food, energy efficient & healthy homes, public transit) reach low income communities and communities of color."
