I have ordered an incorrect item, can I change my order after it is placed?
During the working day, you can make an insignificant change to the order.
I have forgotten something on my order, can I add to it?
We start processing your order as soon as you place it in order to get it to you as soon as possible; therefore we are not able to add items to your order. If you forgot to add something to your order please go back to our Etsy store and make a separate purchase. This will incur no extra Shipping charge
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Occasionally there may be a delay by the shipping courier that is beyond our control. If you have not received your order within during the specified period, please contact us and we will send an inquiry to the shipping courier and let you know when you can expect your items to be delivered.
How can I return/exchange my order?
Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged. A customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.
