5 out of 5 starsThe seller who is in the Eukraine worked so hard communicating with me what puzzles were available in his warehouse in the United States. I finally decided on 3, Poker Dogs, Sunflowers, and the Hummingbirds. He is the artist who creates these beautiful pictures, then makes his designs into puzzles. They are gorgeously detailed. The quality of the wood, cut, and fit are amazing. Many pieces are creative whimsical shapes and the border around the puzzles is an intricate pattern rather than a flat edge. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. He also includes a beautiful box with a convenient magnetic closure. We've completed 2 of the puzzles and we begin the Hummingbirds next. Thank you for your beautiful work!!!

For printing options, consider using a professional print service or a local copy center like Walgreens. You can upload your files online or bring a USB drive with your saved files.
Keep in mind, if you are using a home printer, the color quality may not be consistent and we cannot guarantee the best result.
Which paper type should I select?
For a cost-effective option, go for a heavy matte paper or card stock. If you want the most authentic vintage look, choose premium fine art paper with a watercolor or linen texture.
Is a custom size available?
We provide all the most commonly used print sizes: 5x7 inches 300 dpi, 8x10, 9x12, 11x14, 24x36, ISO A2.

To retrieve your digital files from your account:
1. Log in to Etsy.com through a web browser, not the Etsy app.
2. Go to "Your Account."
3. Select "Purchases and Reviews."
4. Find the relevant order and click "Download Files."
5. If there is no download button, click the small grey arrow to the right of the order.
6. This will take you to the Downloads page.

Note: If payment is still in progress, the "Download Files" button will be grey.
Remember to save the files to your device immediately after purchase. Designs will be deleted from the cloud storage after 6 months if discontinued.
To access your digital item, if you don't have an Etsy account.
To access your instant digital download as a guest, find the download link in the receipt email sent after your purchase. Check your spam or junk inbox if you can't locate the email. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can ensure future emails are easily found.
Apple Pay Issue
If you have trouble finding your purchase or receipt for an order paid with Apple Pay, please check the following information. When accessing Etsy through the app, you opted for "Hide My Email", which generates a temporary email for use with external sources to protect your personal email. As a result, the Etsy receipt email with the download link will not be sent to your personal email, but instead to the temporary email address. If you are unable to find your order by logging into Etsy.com on a web browser, please contact Etsy support for assistance.
