Can I change my address after placing the order?
You can make address changes up to two hours after placing your order
Do you accept changes or returns?
Due to the nature of the product that is made to order, we can only accept changes or returns if your item arrives incorrectly printed, damaged or defective, or it is not the size you ordered, that is, it was mislabeled.Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.N.B! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, please refer to our size chart, we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom and compare it.
Custom and Personalized Orders
It takes us between 2 and 5 business days (3 on average) to produce and ship the product. Then you must take into account the shipping times (5 to 7 business days) in addition to that, which is the average time for it to arrive at your address.
