Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We want you to be happy with our products and services. If, upon receiving your products, you have any questions or concerns, send us an email with your name and Order Number and we will try to work out a solution. This number Must be included on the returned packaging. If you are returning an item, it must be in brand new condition and may include a restocking fee.

1) ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
2) Once a return has been initiated, the return must be post marked within 1 week.
3) Processing of received returns may be subject to delay depending on our current work load
4) Any return for a refund WILL be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5) if an item is returned to sender for any reason, we will contact the buyer. If we receive no response from the customer within a week of contact, we will automatically issue a 50% item price refund and consider the transaction closed.

Size Exchange: If you are exchanging for a different sized item there will be no restocking fee, but you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Other Returns: If you need to return an unused item for any reason, you have the option of either
1) store credit (must be used upon return receipt) of the full item price
2) refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please contact is PRIOR to sending a return. Once you have initiated a return, please be sure to include either your original invoice, or your order number. If you don't have this information, just ask when you contact us and we'll provide you with a copy

Electronic payment only.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of being received, though it may take longer depending on weather, trade shows, sales traffic, etc. Please see the shop announcement for any upcoming events that may cause a delay in shipment.

If you need to receive your order by a certain date please contact us before hand to confirm this can be done.

We ship using USPS priority mail unless noted otherwise. Once an order ships we will email you your tracking number. In the case of international transactions we will email you your customs number. International customers are responsible for any customs fees their counties may apply to their shipment.
